RDSI welcomes Andrew Marlborough to the team!

Ramirez Demolition Services Inc. (RDSI) is proud to welcome Andrew Marlborough as its new Executive Vice President. With over two decades of experience in the environmental services industry, Andrew brings seasoned leadership, deep technical knowledge, and a strong commitment to safety and client satisfaction.

Throughout his career, Andrew has managed complex asbestos, lead, and mold abatement projects, overseen demolition operations, and built high-performing teams across Southern California. At RDSI, he will assist in the day-to-day management of operations, support field and office staff, and help expand the company’s reach across residential, commercial, and government sectors. As a team member, Andrew focuses on mentoring crew members, building strong client relationships, and ensuring that every project is executed with professionalism and care.

Andrew’s addition to the RDSI leadership team reinforces the company’s mission: to deliver safe, efficient, and compliant environmental remediation and demolition services. With licenses including CSLB #1101670 and DOSH #1277, RDSI continues to set the standard for quality and professionalism in the industry.

Outside of work, Andrew is a dedicated family man who enjoys spending time with his wife and two children. He’s passionate about the outdoors, weekend barbecues, and enjoys both playing and watching golf and baseball. Whether he’s coaching from the dugout or hitting the course for a quick round, Andrew brings the same focus and team spirit to his personal life as he does to every job.
